• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the studio.
• Guests must treat the studio, reformers, mirrors, furniture and equipment with care.
• Any damage to the space, equipment or furnishings may result in an additional charge.
• Reformer Pilates equipment may only be used for its intended purpose and under appropriate supervision where required.
• Furniture and equipment must not be moved without prior approval.
• No open flames, candles, confetti, glitter or anything that may mark or damage the floors, walls or furnishings.
• Food and drinks must be kept away from reformers and studio equipment.
• Alcohol is only permitted with prior approval.
• Music and noise must be kept at a respectful level, particularly during evening bookings.
• The number of guests must not exceed the capacity agreed at the time of booking.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Pets are only permitted with prior approval.
• Any photography, filming, styling or installations involving adhesives, fixtures or equipment attached to walls, mirrors or floors require prior approval.
• The studio must be left in the same condition in which it was found.
• Please respect neighbouring businesses and keep all entrances and accessways clear.
