Host rules
GENERAL HOUSEKEEPING
• No smoking in the building
• Damage to the space will result in an extra charge
PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
• A surcharge of 15% may apply (at One Playground's discretion) on all charges for events/shoots held on Public Holidays, whether or not the Public Holiday is announced at the time of confirmation
BRANDING / DECOR
• The use of branding, decor and decals is permitted
• Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door, ceiling or fixture of the premises unless authorised by One Playground in writing. If used without notification, an additional cleaning fee will be charged
• Smoke machines, pyrotechnics and flammable liquids may not be used in any area of the premises
ENTERTAINMENT
• Please liaise with One Playground about the nature of your event/shoot and whether entertainment is needed. All entertainment must be approved by prior arrangement with One Playground
• No equipment or items may be brought into the facilities which may present a hazard
MINORS & ALCOHOL
• Minors are only permitted on the premises in the company of their legal or parental guardian, must be identified, and may not consume alcohol during the event/shoot. They may be asked to leave by a designated time or otherwise at One Playground's sole discretion
• Adults may be served alcohol but must take care with alcohol around minors and ensure no alcohol is given to anyone under the legal drinking age
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
