The room can be left open or arranged using two trestle tables, eight chairs and eight stools. Wi-Fi and a 4K projector are available, and every booking receives exclusive use of the space.

* Please keep noise at a reasonable level.
* Complimentary bump-in and bump-out access is for setup and pack-down only. All rehearsals, shoots, workshops and events must take place within the paid booking period.
* Damage to the space, furniture or equipment may result in an additional charge.
* Paint, clay, adhesives, glitter, confetti, smoke machines, open flames or similar materials require prior approval.
* Commercial filming, ticketed events and alcohol arrangements must be disclosed and approved before booking.
