No smoking or vaping anywhere in the building.
No parties or loud events. This space is best suited to quiet, professional sessions (meetings, tutoring, workshops, training).
No alcohol or illegal substances on site.
Capacity limit: Maximum 24 seated (unless otherwise approved in the booking).
Respect neighbours and the building: Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially in shared/common areas.
Outside catering is allowed (light catering preferred). Please remove all food waste and leave the kitchen area tidy.
Leave the space as you found it:
Wipe tables if used
Return chairs/furniture to original layout
Place all rubbish in bins and take excess rubbish with you
No wall tape / nails / adhesive hooks or any damage to walls, furniture, or equipment.
Equipment care: Guests may use the projector/screen responsibly. Any issues or damage must be reported immediately.
Adult supervision required at all times if children are present.
No pets (service animals welcome where applicable).
