From leadership workshops and team experiences to intimate events, roundtables, presentations and community gatherings, the space can be shaped around what you want to achieve.
Everything you need is on hand, including TV screens, Nespresso coffee machines, video conferencing equipment, whiteboards and flip charts, along with access to professional production gear, photography and videography to capture your event or create content while you're here.

Host rules
We want Co-Lab to feel welcoming, creative and ready for everyone who walks through the door. A few simple rules help us keep it that way.
Respect the space: Please treat the Co-Lab, furniture, equipment and facilities with care.
Leave it as you found it: At the end of your booking, please return furniture to its original position, clear tables and remove any materials or belongings you brought with you.
Keep it clean: Please place rubbish and recycling in the appropriate bins and clean up any spills or mess as they happen.
Food and drinks: Food and drinks are welcome, but please take extra care around production equipment, technology and furniture.
Coffee is on us: You're welcome to use the Nespresso coffee machines during your booking. Please leave the coffee area clean and tidy for the next group.
Use equipment with care: TV screens, conferencing equipment, production gear, whiteboards and flip charts are available for use. Please follow any instructions provided and ask the Cuppa team if you're unsure how something works.
Production gear: Photography, videography and production equipment should only be used with prior approval from the Cuppa team.
Be mindful of noise: Co-Lab is a shared environment, so please be considerate of neighbouring spaces and keep noise at an appropriate level.
Stick to your booking time: Your booking includes setup and pack-down time, so please ensure the space is ready to hand back by the end of your allocated booking.
Report any damage: Accidents happen. If something is damaged, broken or not working properly, please let the Cuppa team know as soon as possible.
Respect everyone in the room: Co-Lab is built around human connection. We ask everyone using the space to contribute to an inclusive, respectful and welcoming environment.
Most importantly, make yourself at home, connect with the people around you and enjoy the Co-Lab.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
