Studio 3 at our venue is a fully automated video podcast studio featuring a "living room" style set, designed for effortless content creation with a professional touch.
Ideal for podcast recordings or hosting two people on camera for a polished video call, the space offers customizable lighting with digital displays and RGB color options to ensure a flattering appearance for everyone on camera.
The studio is equipped with three fixed cinematic cameras capturing individual close shots and a wide angle, all recorded separately along with the final output. For pristine audio quality, professional-grade radio microphones are used, with the option of wireless lapel microphones with advance notice.
Guests also enjoy access to a green room with amenities, including bathroom and shower facilities, TV, speaker system, tea and coffee, snacks, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The studio provides a seamless experience with real-time editing, same-day file turnaround, and recordings of each individual microphone and camera.

Respect the Space: Treat the studio with care and respect. Avoid damaging any equipment, furniture, or fixtures. Report any accidental damages or issues to the studio management immediately.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout your rental period. Please clean up after yourself, including disposing of any trash or personal belongings. Leave the studio in the same condition as you found it.
No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited inside the studio. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, candles, or any other items that may pose a fire hazard. Please utilize designated outdoor smoking areas if available.
Authorized Access Only: Only individuals who have been granted permission or are part of the rental agreement are allowed inside the studio. Do not bring any unauthorized guests or visitors without prior approval.
Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are other ongoing sessions or rentals in neighboring areas. Keep music, conversations, and any noise-producing activities at a reasonable volume to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Equipment and Gear: Properly handle and utilize the provided equipment and gear. Follow any specific instructions or guidelines provided by the studio staff. Return all borrowed items in the same condition as they were received.
Studio Hours: Respect the designated studio hours as outlined in the rental agreement. Arrive and depart within the agreed-upon time frame to avoid inconveniencing other renters or conflicting with studio operations.
Security & Safety: Adhere to all security measures in place, such as locking doors and windows when leaving the studio. In case of emergencies, familiarize yourself with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits.
Failure to comply with these house rules may result in penalties, additional charges, or future rental restrictions.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
