Maki & Ramen is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
Maki & Ramen is located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter and offers a private event space across two floors of the restaurant. Groups can hire one entire floor, which seats up to 60 guests and includes its own private bar. This keeps your event separate while the main restaurant continues to run downstairs, so you still get a bit of atmosphere around you.
The space works well for birthday parties, private dinners, networking events, stag and hen parties, baby showers, and corporate gatherings. Food is based around fresh sushi, ramen, and Japanese dishes, with flexible options like set menus, sharing platters, buffets, or canapés depending on the type of event you’re planning.
There’s also a fully stocked private bar serving cocktails, wine, spirits, Japanese beers, and soft drinks. You’re welcome to bring decorations if you’d like to personalize the space, and the layout makes it easy to keep things relaxed whether you’re hosting a sit-down dinner or a more lively celebration.
Yes, gluten-free options are available, although they are not specifically marked on the menu. A team member can help guests choose suitable dishes, and most ramen can be made gluten-free by swapping regular noodles for rice noodles.
