The cocktails were fantastic, the private bartender was exceptional, the overall service was outstanding.
The fire alarm did go off during our event, without clear instructions for the elderly/post op family member, they had to walk down 23 flights of stairs to then be told its fine but not given clear instructions on what to do next/where to go. We raised this and discussed it with the event manager who compensated us on behalf of our guests inconvenience. Great service and i would definitely recommend.
