Beautiful venue with amazing service. We felt so well looked after. It is pricey but that is what you get for the great service and well presented venue.

The private dining was very beautiful. The meal was nourishing and filling. Everybody enjoyed it. The service was great and the waiter we had (I think her name was Megan) was absolutely lovely and very polite with everything. It was very nicely setup and they accepted last minute changes which I was very happy about. Frankly, I think it was worth the price.
There was a random chair in the corner of the room which was kind of odd but we made use of it as a storage area for coats and bags so it ended up being useful.

Set in the beautiful cobbled Motcomb street, and named after the local poet laureate Sir Alfred Tennyson, this pub is set over four floors. Each floor has a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with a classic British pub twist, serving bold, unpretentious dishes, made with brilliant, seasonal ingredients.
