Great service. The food is amazing for a pub and all the guests loved it. The drinks are great too. Great location just by Oxford street.
There wasn’t any official welcoming by the venue staff. But that may be just how things are done. It wasn’t an issue.

Great communication and very well managed by The Duchess. Food and drinks were available as requested and the overall costs for such a good venue in central London were genuine value for money. Staff on the night were excellent.

Excellent central London location, just opposite Selfridges. Really nicely decorated, lots of natural light. Staff were helpful and accommodating. It was really helpful having a bar in the function room itself and toilets immediately accessible outside - all very easy!
The room got very hot - and it wasn't even that hot a day outside. The venue put a fan on, but we would have really liked air con! Otherwise, it was all great.
