The staff, Nick and Marnie (I believe), were really lovely and helped us to get settled in. They were ready to get anything we needed for our event, although that was very little, as they'd already set up the space exactly as we'd asked, which was great! The space itself leant itself nicely to an event with both sat-down and mingling elements and we even had space for a snack station just next to the "stage". The projector was set up, as was the audio equipment although we decided not to use it, and easy to use. We were also provided with a water dispenser and paper cups which was great for refreshments. Marieta was also very helpful before the event, confirming details and logisitics with us clearly and efficiently. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Sparks!
There was A LOT of noise during our event, with people playing loud music in the room next door and others walking through and around the room, talking, whilst our speakers were trying to address the audience. It was very disruptive and a shame considering how great everything else was!
