House Rules – Creative Landing Spaces
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review and follow the guidelines below:
1) Booking Time
Your reservation must include all setup and cleanup time. Please ensure you vacate the space promptly at the end of your booking to avoid additional charges.
2) Cleanup
We do not expect a deep clean; however, guests are required to tidy up after themselves.
Please:
• Remove all food, bottles, and personal items from tables and desks
• Dispose of all trash in the provided garbage containers
Please note: The cleaning fee covers basic trash collection and disposal. While guests are not responsible for thorough cleaning, we kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving the space orderly.
Excessive mess, leftover food, or failure to use trash bins may result in additional cleaning fees.
3) Overtime
Additional time beyond your reservation may be billed at 1.5× the hourly rate.
4) Furniture
Furniture may be rearranged during your event. Please return all items to their original layout before departure.
5) Equipment
Do not move, disconnect, or tamper with TVs, monitors, or installed equipment without prior approval.
6) Food & Drinks
Outside food is welcome. Alcohol is limited to beer, wine, and champagne only (no hard liquor).
Alcohol service must end by 11:00 PM.
7) Music
No DJs or live music. Low-volume background music only, in consideration of neighboring spaces.
8) Decor
No glitter, confetti, nails, or damaging adhesives are permitted. Painter’s tape is allowed.
9) Security Cameras
For safety and security, visible cameras monitor entrances and common areas.
10) No Smoking / No Candles
Smoking and open flames, including candles, are strictly prohibited.
11) Responsibility
The booking guest is responsible for all attendees, as well as any damage to the space or equipment.
