3rd Floor at Dogpatch Studios
About this space
3rd Floor is an event space in Dogpatch Studios; an open-plan industrial loft defined by exposed structure and a flexible, uninterrupted floorplate.
Design: The room presents a stripped-back industrial aesthetic: timber roof beams, exposed ducting, white walls and pale timber floors create a neutral, workmanlike backdrop that adapts to different layouts and décor.
Features: An in-room PA system and speakers are available, and guests may play their own music. The room includes venue Wi‑Fi and a freestanding AV monitor for presentations. Long banquet-style tables and mixed seating allow rapid reconfiguration, and a heavy curtain along one wall enables quick division of the space. Floor-level power outlets and a clear, rectangular layout support staged setups and AV equipment.
Ideal for: Groups needing a single, adaptable open-plan room for seated long-table dinners or focused presentations where clear sightlines and a neutral backdrop matter.
What sets it apart: A continuous glazed rooflight runs the length of the room to provide consistent overhead daylight and a broad source of natural illumination.
What guests say: The space connects to additional floors that provide breakout options and privacy for multi-area events.
