The space can host up to 100 guests and was created by Gensler. It works well for workshops, panel discussions, company offsites, and many other types of events, with the equipment and facilities already in place.

All of the furniture shown in the photos can be moved, so the room can be set up in different ways for presentations, networking events, or smaller group discussions. A large high-resolution screen is available for presentations and shared content. The venue also includes microphones, Zoom cameras, and presentation equipment.

Host rules

1. Respect the Space: Please leave the venue as you found it. Clean up after your event, and ensure all trash is disposed of in the designated bins.

2. Capacity Limits: The space can accommodate up to 120 guests (standing). Please adhere to this limit for safety and comfort. For seated events, we can comfortably seat ~80.

3. Furniture Flexibility: All furniture can be moved and rearranged, but please return it to its original setup before leaving.

4. Tech and A/V Use: Instructions for the screen, microphones, and other equipment will be provided. Handle all technology with care and notify us of any issues.

5. Coffee Shop Hours: Coffee service is available from 7 AM to 4 PM on weekdays. Outside of these hours, please plan accordingly for refreshments.

6. Set-Up and Clean-Up: Booking times include both set-up and clean-up.

7. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol is permitted with prior approval and must comply with local regulations.

8. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the space and on the premises.

9. Decorations: Decorations are welcome, but no confetti, glitter, or items that could damage walls or furniture. Do not place any adhesives on walls without prior permission.

10. Noise Levels: Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during business hours. Amplified sound may require prior approval.

11. Damage Policy: Any damage to furniture, equipment, or the venue will be the responsibility of the renter and may result in additional charges.

12. Parking and Access: Guests are responsible for their own parking arrangements. Public transit is encouraged.

13. Overtime Fees: Events running beyond the reserved time will incur overtime charges.

14. Building Access: Coordinate entry and exit with your host to ensure smooth access and security. All ages are allowed in the space

15. We have 24/7 security camera that are only checked in case of an incident. Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited
