About Jardin
Chef Jason Dady has created a menu that emphasizes fresh, vibrant flavors influenced by Mediterranean cuisine. He was inspired by the abundance of trees, plants, and herbs present on the San Antonio Botanical Garden property.
Mix-and-match Mezze, which are small meals served as appetizers in the Middle East, can be used to start your meal. These dishes might include grilled goat cheese sandwiches, salads adas, house-marinated feta, and others.
