About this space
Enjoy exclusive use of the entire first floor of The Lounge X, bringing together the Event Hall, The Lounge, Private LED Bar, and Lounge Café in one venue with space for up to 350 guests. The venue is well suited to weddings, receptions, galas, fundraisers, company events, holiday parties, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, quinceañeras, networking events, product launches, and other large private celebrations.
The space includes LED walls and columns, large display screens, a stage, a quality sound system, wireless microphones, and room layouts that can be arranged to suit your event. Custom colours, logos, photos, and videos can also be displayed during your booking.
Every hire includes tables, chairs, cocktail tables, linens, chair covers, tableware, glassware, setup, cleanup, event staff, and a dedicated event coordinator. Chef-prepared catering, buffet menus, canapés, and bar packages are available through the venue. Outside catering is welcome with a valid Certificate of Insurance, while all alcoholic drinks are served by the venue's licensed bar.

• In-house VJ for slideshows or video playback: +$150 per hour (4-hour minimum)
• Lighting synchronized to music with in-house Lighting Operator: +$150 per hour (4-hour minimum)
