Warehouse at Haven Studios NY

About this space

Warehouse is an industrial open-plan space inside Haven Studios NY; it is defined by very high ceilings and a wide, unobstructed concrete floor that suits flexible layouts.

Design: The space presents a raw industrial aesthetic with exposed steel supports, practical overhead lighting, and an unfinished concrete floor that prioritizes utility and clear sightlines.

Features: The space provides natural light, air conditioning, and site Wi‑Fi. The open floor can be arranged for seated or standing configurations and accommodates technical setups. The space permits bringing your own music or DJ subject to the venue's noise restrictions. The area is wheelchair accessible and served by accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Production crews and creative teams seeking an informal, equipment-friendly open space for technical rehearsals or standing, setup-heavy gatherings.

What sets it apart: A run of gated, individual lock-up rooms along the warehouse interior provides on-site secure storage and private prep areas directly adjacent to the main floor.

What guests say: The warehouse is spacious with practical facilities and friendly, helpful staff on site.
