Inside and out flow together naturally, so people can move around without it feeling split up. You’ve also got a fully equipped kitchen, lots of natural light through the day, and street parking nearby for around 20 cars, which keeps things practical for guests.

No smoking inside the property
• No parties without prior approval
• Maximum guest count must be respected at all times
• Music must be kept at a respectful level (no loud music after 12 AM)
• No confetti, glitter, or hard-to-clean decorations
• Furniture and decor must be handled with care and returned to original placement
• Outside vendors (catering, decor, etc.) must be approved in advance
• No pets unless previously approved
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their booking
• All trash must be placed in designated bins before departure
• Backdrops and decorations must be removed at the end of the event
• It is the client’s responsibility to remove and take out all decor items
• Casa Di Arte must be left in its original condition
• Any items left behind will incur an additional removal fee
