Host rules
General Rules:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- We do not allow weddings, birthday parties, or private events, only corporate events.
- Music videos are not permitted.
- Guests are encouraged to remove all trash at the end of their booking to avoid a disposal fee.
- Ram boards, mats, booties, and corner protectors may be required depending on your production needs.
Food and drinks:
- If you hire a caterer, they must be insured.
- All food and drink (except water) must remain outside. Please let us know if you require refrigerator space.
Load-In and Load-Out
Please coordinate all drop-offs and pickups with the host on the day of your booking. Additional fees may apply for load-ins and load-outs outside your booking date.
Restrictions
- No nails, screws, staples, tape, or adhesive materials may be used on furniture, walls, or the building.
- No glitter, confetti, sparklers, Roman candles, or fire-producing effects are allowed.
- No face painting, hand paints, or similar activities are permitted.
Insurance
Additional event insurance is required.
Setup and Cleanup
Setup and cleanup times are included in your rental time. Please factor in the time you will need for these activities when booking. Overtime will be charged.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day
