*Ticket Sales* Selling tickets on the property is not permitted.

*Alcohol Consumption* We support responsible enjoyment with light alcohol consumption. Please refrain from heavy alcohol use.

*Smoking Policy* Smoking is allowed outside only. Use the provided ashtrays and ensure all doors are closed when smoking to keep the indoors smoke-free. Please do not ash in the fire pit and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

*Clean-Up Cooperation* Your help with basic cleanup is greatly appreciated. Please pick up trash, wash any used dishes, and maintain the space's cleanliness.

*Booking Time Respect* Arrive no earlier than your scheduled booking time and ensure your event concludes, with the premises fully cleaned, by the designated end time. Additional charges may apply for time overages, and future booking privileges could be affected.
