About this space
The backyard includes a pool and spa, bocce court, putting green, chipping area, firepits, lawn games, and a large covered patio with seating and a BBQ area. The space can host around 100 chairs for dining or ceremonies and works well for weddings, parties, retreats, and group events. Two friendly dwarf goats live on the property as well.

Attendee base (fixed) pricing for 1-20 guests: $120hr
Add an additional charge depending on the number of attendees.

6) 3rd party services on site: $200

Host rules
1) Dry yourself before entering inside (if common areas booked)
2) Do not sit on indoor furniture while wet (if common areas are booked)
3) No Confetti or similar
4) turn off any firepits and propane
5) Bag all trash and take with you
6) do not try and operate any pool equipment
7) you break it you buy it, including any damages to the property
8) Price is subject to change based on seasons, circumstances, and groups with the booking
9) Please be mindful of children. The doors and gates leading to the pool are not equipped with self-closing hinges or alarms. There is no pool fence.
10) Put everything back where you found it. Games, toys, trash etc left in the yard will subject you to added fees
11) Pool Area: Please no glass in or near the pool.
12) Do not light the Fire Pots on the back side of the pool
13) Confirmation of booking shall serve as a valid signature for house rules and our rental agreement
14) The "We Are NOT Responsible" Clause - Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities, nor responsible for the losses and/or damages of personal belonging
19) Guest must clean the BBQ if its been used, there is a brush
15) Certain events/bookings will require guest to purchase event insurance
16) We do not allow cooking in the kitchen
17) Do not hit golf balls from the sand
18) If having a bar, or using a bar service, or food tables, you WILL NEED to bring tarps or drop cloths for underneath that area. Alcohol spills on the pavers does stain.
19) Clean up the property, means all trash, decorations etc. Expectations are that it is left just as clean as when you arrived.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
