Prices
Security Deposit: A refundable $100 deposit is required for all bookings. Deposit will be returned following the event, provided there is no damage to the facility and all rental terms are met.

1. No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, and tobacco use are strictly prohibited inside the conference room and hotel. Violations may result in cleaning or penalty fees.
2. Damage to Property:
Renter is responsible for any damage caused during the event. Damage to furniture, equipment, or hotel property may result in additional charges.
3. Guest Count:
All events must provide an accurate guest count at booking. Any additional guests must be approved in advance and are subject to capacity limits.
4. Setup & Tear-Down Time:
Setup, decorating, and cleanup time must be included in the reservation or arranged in advance with management.
5. Cleanliness:
Guests must leave the space in good condition. Excessive cleanup may result in additional fees.
6. Food & Beverage:
Outside food and beverages are allowed unless otherwise specified. All catering or special setups must be approved in advance.
7. Noise & Conduct:
Events must remain respectful of hotel guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in termination of the event without refund.
8. Alcohol Policy:
Alcohol is not permitted without prior approval from hotel management and must comply with all local laws and regulations.
9. Hotel Rights:
Management reserves the right to refuse service or end any event that violates policies or creates safety concerns.
By booking, the renter agrees to follow all rules and is responsible for their guests’ conduct.
