Rules of the space

Host rules

- Rental Time: Your booking includes setup and teardown time. Additional time will incur an additional fee.
- Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 130 for the venue and 25 for the creative studio.
- Respect the Space: Treat the venue with care. No nails, staples, or permanent fixtures on walls.
- Clean-Up: Leave the venue as you found it. Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
- Noise Levels: Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. No loud music after 11 PM.
- No Smoking: This is a smoke-free venue. Smoking or vaping indoors will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Alcohol Policy: BYOB is allowed only with a licensed bartender and prior approval. No underage drinking.
- Permitted Decor: Balloons, banners, and table décor are welcome.
- Prohibited Decor: No confetti, glitter, sparklers, or open flames (except birthday candles).
- Wall Decor: Use command strips or removable hooks only. No tape, nails, or tacks.
- Children: Must be supervised at all times.
- Security: Security may be required for large events or those serving alcohol.
- Damages: Renter is responsible for any damages to the venue, equipment, or furniture.
- Lost Items: The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
- Balance Due: Full payment is due 14 days before the event.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our cancellation policy
