No smoking or vaping inside the building, and no alcohol is permitted unless pre-approved in writing. Artwork on display must not be touched or moved, and nothing may be nailed, taped, or attached to the walls. Please do not block the alley, driveways, or street access at any time. Furniture and equipment must not be dragged across the floor and should be handled with care. Maximum guest capacity must always be respected. The second-floor bathroom is not available for use. All events must end on time, with basic cleanup required (trash removal, sweeping, etc.). Respectful and civil conduct is expected at all times toward staff, neighbors, and the space.
