We designed The Evermore for the kind of hosts who love meaningful, beautiful gatherings, such as small business owners looking to host workshops or pop-ups, brides and grooms planning micro-weddings or rehearsal dinners, families celebrating milestones, graduations, or retirements, creators and influencers needing a shoot location, nonprofits and community groups wanting a place to meet, and event planners who want a reliable venue.

Host rules
- Rental Time: Your booking includes setup and teardown time. Additional time will incur an additional fee.
- Capacity Limit: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 130 for the venue and 25 for the creative studio.
- Respect the Space: Treat the venue with care. No nails, staples, or permanent fixtures on walls.
- Clean-Up: Leave the venue as you found it. Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bins.
- Noise Levels: Music must be kept at a reasonable volume. No loud music after 11 PM.
- No Smoking: This is a smoke-free venue. Smoking or vaping indoors will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Alcohol Policy: BYOB is allowed only with a licensed bartender and prior approval. No underage drinking.
- Permitted Decor: Balloons, banners, and table décor are welcome.
- Prohibited Decor: No confetti, glitter, sparklers, or open flames (except birthday candles).
- Wall Decor: Use command strips or removable hooks only. No tape, nails, or tacks.
- Children: Must be supervised at all times.
- Security: Security may be required for large events or those serving alcohol.
- Damages: Renter is responsible for any damages to the venue, equipment, or furniture.
- Lost Items: The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your date.
- Balance Due: Full payment is due 14 days before the event.
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our cancellation policy

Located in Canton, MI, and easily accessible from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Plymouth, Westland, and surrounding areas, The Evermore offers a setting where every element of the design, from our lighting to our layout, was created to make your event feel like home, providing a foundation you can personalize without feeling overwhelmed, with a rental that includes crafted wooden tables and chairs perfect for upscale dinners or casual cocktail-style events.
The open layout allows for versatile furniture arrangements, DJ setups, photo booths, or lounge areas, and the space features different lighting setups with softer and brighter options, as well as free parking so your guests won’t have to stress about finding a spot or riding on busy downtown streets. Our rental packages are made to suit every kind of party planner, from the hands-on DIY enthusiast to those who prefer a fully curated experience.
