The Library section of George Street Social is one of the unique spaces in Oxford. The tables are bathed in incredible natural light through windows with a great view of the day to day life in Oxford, allowing for a super space for all kinds of events. Whether it's a breakfast catch-up, or comfortable late night drinks, the Library can do it all.

We also have a screen which can be used here so can make this a great place to host meetings or screenings - just ask as we're super happy to cater to your needs!

About George Street Social

George Street Social is on a mission to offer fantastic food, drinks, and hospitality to the good people of Oxford!

We are open at 9am every day. We open late Thursday – Saturday as well as the rest of the week on request.

We make the most of each day by cramming in as much fun stuff as we can possibly handle, from our bottomless Prosecco brunches at the weekend, to our cocktail happy hours & Fine Wine Club. Our food menu runs daily and to cover all bases, whether you’re after a quick breakfast, a sit-down lunch, or a big dinner.

Drink-wise we’ve got you covered with a great selection of craft beers, classic cocktails, soft drinks, and international wine list.

Drop in, say Hi, relax with friends, work our WiFi, browse our bookshelves, play some board games, build some Lego or simply sit and watch the world go by.
