About this space
Our upstairs function room has a private bar, toilet facilities, big screen & dance floor area so is completely versatile depending on your function needs. The space can accommodate up to 100 guests!
Our buffet and platter are available to pre-order to cater your function, or we have a full food menu so that you and your guests can order on the day if you wish.

£100 Deposit is required on top of any costs - this is refunded back to the guest provided the terms of the hire have been met.
No outside catering allowed apart from a celebration cake (to be agreed when booking).
Challenge 25- anyone who looks under this age may be asked to show proof.
No smoking inside the venue.
Children are allowed for the duration of your event, but must be in the function room, not downstairs or outside the venue.

About Rose & Crown
Our venue is located approximately 5 minutes drive from Nottingham City Centre and is on a bus route.
We have hosted a number of weddings, meetings, awards ceremonies & celebrations of life so we are confident we can give you the perfect event package.
We have a large car park that is FREE for guests, however their vehicle must be registered inside the pub on arrival.
