Everyone complimented what a great choice of venue it was. The room was great. Staff were all wonderful and the fact there was a coffee machine & fridge stocked with drinks and fruit/snacks on hand was such a big bonus for anyone holding an event/meeting. Just those little things that take stress away from an organiser. From the first contact then visit, it was clear this would be the perfect choice for me as the organiser. The staff and package made organising really stress free. The only thing I had to really do was turn up! The food was better than expected and a few guests chose to stay over too. Overall the package was extremely competitive and I'll definitely use the Crowne Plaza again.

The coffee machine wasn't working at first and later in the day ran out of coffee. Both times staff fixed quickly but with only a single machine it was a little inconvenient. Another machine would be the icing on the cake. Just a minor thing but otherwise everything was perfect.

Room was quiet, in a good location Good screen size Staff were helpful

The facility had some maintenance issues Power sockets were close to the floor so we had to use an extension cable to plug laptops in WiFi speed was poor so we ended up using a mobile hotspot.
