Our VIP area at St. James STACK works for corporate events, networking evenings, and larger social occasions for groups of 20+ guests.
Located within the venue, the space offers a private experience with its own bar access and VIP toilets. The area also features two large screens, working for live sport and entertainment.
Whether it's client hosting, team rewards, or bringing people together for an event, St. James STACK VIP is available in a central location.
Prices
Bookings are usually priced per person, which is returned to you on the day in the form of two drinks vouchers per guest.
We can build a bespoke package around your budget to make sure you get the best possible experience.
Midweek we can usually be a bit more flexible on pricing and work something more cost-effective around your budget.
Food vouchers can be redeemed across all STACK street food traders and must be used on the day (before 9pm). All vouchers are valid on the event date only and cannot be carried forward.

Due to this, any areas or venue hires that have been confirmed may be subject to cancellation or operational changes at short notice should they be required by Newcastle United Football Club for football operations or official club requirements.

"• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking time and check in at the main entrance. Our team will escort you to your reserved area and provide any pre-paid vouchers.
• Vouchers: All vouchers must be used on the day of your booking and are non-refundable. No cash alternative or change will be given.
• Drinks Vouchers: Can be redeemed for alcoholic or soft drinks at any STACK bar. Challenge 25 applies.
• Food: Food can be purchased from our independent street food vendors. Opening times may vary, so please check with vendors on arrival.
• Allergens: Please speak directly with the food vendor regarding allergen and dietary information.
• Late Arrivals: Reserved spaces will be held for 15 minutes after your booking time. After this, the area may be released.
• Reserved Areas: Whilst your area is reserved, exclusivity cannot always be guaranteed. Management may move bookings if operationally required.
• Group Size Changes: Payments are non-refundable if guest numbers decrease. Unused vouchers may be used by attending guests.
• Booking Duration: You may be asked to vacate your area at the end of your allocated booking time.
• Decorations: Balloons are not permitted for standard table bookings due to health and safety regulations.
