Private room. Service on the day - we left a cash tip.

Unhelpful communication. No communication in the days running up to the event. At all. Did not reply to my email and then on the day of the event all phone lines were down, so we had to send someone to the venue to check that everything was ok. Service charge added when I’d been told that the price quoted did not have any additions. Service charge was then removed when we complained about its late addition. Unhelpful when trying to sort out inclusive drink alternative for someone not drinking wine. Drinks at the bar were very expensive £22 for two drinks. We had asked to reserve a table and was told that this would not be possible ??? Pre and post drinks spend likely around £800.

Emma Louise was incredibly response and helpful throughout and made sure to cater to everything we needed where possible. The room is much brighter than it looks in the photo which was a massive plus and added such a lovely ambiance to the day Could not fault the service at all and will definitely be keeping it in mind for any future events. Thank you to everyone who helped make sure our event ran smoothly!
