The welcome, the room, your excellent staff, the facilities and proximity to great restaurants.
The AV needed a little more tuition than anticipated. A quick tour before we started would have helped.

Very easy to deal with and arrange, Oliver and the team couldn't have been more helpful and answered every question we had. Room was great, big projector screen which was easy to connect to. One whole whiteboard wall with magnets was really useful. The venue in general is a really clean and pleasant setting and there was plenty of space for downtime. We didn't go for the hot drinks package but we had a tab for the cafe which we settled at the end of the day, and that worked perfectly for us.
One of the reasons that we chose the venue is that it would be cool if the weather was hot. However the air con was broken, which we weren't told about until we arrived. It was an extremely hot day, so it was quite uncomfortable at times. I was told that it had broken the day before, and if someone had let us know we would have been able to make provision to deal with the heat. Also nobody offered us any fans or anything similar which might have helped. There was also somewhere in the venue playing music later in the day which was so loud that it disrupted our meeting.
