About this space

The Studio is our larger meeting space, set up for groups of up to 45 people. It’s a good fit for presentations, workshops, or team sessions where you need a bit more room.

The layout is usually theatre-style, which works well for speaker-led events, but it can be adjusted to standing or open-plan if that suits your setup better. It’s a flexible space, so you can arrange it around what you’re doing.

You’ll have modern AV in place, along with a lectern and refreshments to keep things moving. Everything’s set up to be straightforward, so you can focus on the session itself.

There’s also a call button in the room that connects you directly to the concierge team. You can use it to request drinks, get help with tech, or contact reception without leaving the space.

Access to the Site is available from 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. Working outside of these hours and at weekends is only permitted on prior arrangement with the Building Management team.

If you are on-site for more than one day, overnight storage space for any equipment or products may not be available. Any arrangements for overnight storage should be arranged with the Building Management team beforehand. All items must be stored within designated areas only.

There is no parking available on site. The loading bay can be booked in advance if required.

Use of radios or stereo equipment (music) are not permitted on the Site at any time unless already approved by the Building Management team.
