About this space

The studio is a good-sized, open space at around 7.5m x 10m, set up to handle movement, wellness sessions, or creative use. Two walls of full-length mirrors help keep it bright and give it a bit more depth. It’s based in a converted mill, so you get exposed beams and a simple industrial finish. It feels clean and modern, but still has some character, which works well for classes, filming, or photography.

Lighting is easy to adjust depending on what you need—bright for active sessions or softer for something more relaxed. There’s also a built-in sound system you can connect to by Bluetooth or cable. The space comes with fixed and portable barres, plus a good range of equipment like yoga blocks, bands, weights, and more. It can also be heated up to 40°C for hot yoga, though it stays comfortably warm even when it’s not in use. If you need it, there’s support for aerial work with hammocks available on site.

House Rules
No smoking or vaping anywhere within the building.
The space must be used respectfully at all times. Any damage to the space, equipment, or furnishings will be chargeable to the hirer.
The hirer is responsible for leaving the space in a tidy condition. This includes returning equipment to its original place and removing all personal items.
All rubbish must be taken away at the end of the booking.
Basic cleaning is included, however an additional cleaning fee may apply for events or heavy-use bookings.
Alcohol is not permitted unless the appropriate licence (e.g. TEN) has been applied for and approved in advance.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all attendees behave appropriately and comply with venue rules.
Bookings must start and finish within the agreed hire time. Additional time may be charged if the space is overrun.
No illegal activities or activities that may cause disturbance to other users of the building are permitted.

Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
