Lovely room and addition of the terrace was great! Staff were really attentive and helpful! A lot of our guests wanted draught beer but they don’t have taps upstairs so they suggested to get beer towers which were great!

Kristy was amazing, looked after us well and made sure to remember peoples drinks! She also always greeted us with a big smile unlike some of the staff.
The security man trying to kick 2 of my guests out because they were apparently “asleep” when they were just sat in the corner having a minute to bring themselves round and when security spoke to them they were fully responsive so I dont understand why he wouldnt let it go! They were causing no harm to anyone it was a private event! Yet he failed to keep out people who werent part of my party that tried to grip me up when i tried to kick them out. Despicable.
