Our Boardroom brings together Edinburgh's Georgian character with everything your meetings need. Twelve people can gather comfortably around the conference table, with black leather chairs that make even lengthy meetings manageable. Natural light pours through the large windows, giving you glimpses of New Town's historic architecture while you work.

The room has a blue accent wall and decorative fireplace that give it a distinct feel, while contemporary artwork adds colour across the space. The pendant lights overhead create a warm setting as the Edinburgh light fades in the evening.

For presentations, there's a wall-mounted 55" TV, along with a flipchart and whiteboard ready for brainstorming sessions. High-speed fibre keeps everyone connected, whether you're video conferencing with remote colleagues or sharing large files.

Complimentary tea, coffee, and water are available — just request them when you book. The venue sits just off Charlotte Square, within easy walking distance of George Street and Princes Street. After your meeting, some of Edinburgh's best cafes and restaurants are right nearby.
