About this space

The Parlour is a Dining Room in Alchemist George Street that centres on a circular wine-display wall as its defining focal point.

Design: The Parlour has high ceilings, decorative cornicing and a long rectangular plan. The Parlour's finishes include dark-painted walls, black timber floors, low pendant lights and a mix of upholstered and wooden seating.

Features: A PA system and speakers provide in-room audio. Guest music can be played through the system subject to the venue's noise restrictions. On-site Wi‑Fi is available and accessible toilets are provided nearby. Natural daylight reaches the front seating area and the timber floor allows a small dance area.

Ideal for: Small social groups or corporate teams seeking a relaxed, seated dinner or a casual standing reception in a private, contained space.

What sets it apart: A built-in circular wine-display wall at the far end provides a distinctive visual focal point and display area.
