The main studio measures 48 ft x 22 ft with generous ceiling height and features a white infinity cove alongside 360° black and chroma green options. It is drive-in accessible and supported by a 100K lighting rig and 100 amp three-phase power.

The space is complemented by practical breakout areas, reliable connectivity, on-street parking, and nearby shops, restaurants, bars, and hotels, making it a functional and well-rounded production environment.
