About this space

Cambridge Station Meeting Rooms offers a choice of three contemporary spaces beside Cambridge railway station. Designed for business use, the rooms provide a professional environment for meetings, interviews, workshops, training sessions, presentations and collaborative activities.

Each room benefits from natural daylight, air conditioning and flexible furniture arrangements. Depending on the selected layout, each space can accommodate up to 50 people theatre-style, 30 in cabaret format, 16 in boardroom style, 40 for banqueting, 22 in a U-shape or 20 classroom-style.

Modern presentation facilities support productive meetings and interactive sessions. The meeting suites feature 75-inch Clevertouch interactive displays and video conferencing facilities, making them suitable for presentations, training and hybrid meetings. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also available.

Catering and refreshments can be arranged for longer bookings, including full-day meetings and training events. For more informal business gatherings, the venue also offers access to a library-style setting with comfortable seating and coffee tables, available for business bookings.

Located beside Cambridge railway station, the rooms are convenient for delegates travelling from London and other destinations.

There is no general private parking onsite, but a public multi-storey car park is available beside the station, approximately a one-minute walk away.
