• Setup and clearing away must be completed within your booked hire time.
• The venue must be left clean and tidy. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
• Decorations, glitter and confetti are welcome, but nothing may be stuck or attached to the walls.
• If required, play equipment will be moved or stored by venue staff. Guests must not move equipment themselves.
• Outside food, drinks and BYOB must be agreed in advance.
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• Hirers are responsible for any damage caused during their event.
• Additional charges apply if staff are required for service.
• Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the booking, subject to applicable booking terms.
• Guest capacity limits must be respected, and fire exits kept clear.
• We kindly ask all guests to respect our space and leave it as they found it.
