We booked the private room for a 70th birthday celebration. It was great to have a private room. I was able to decorate it the night before and all communication with the venue was excellent. On the day the staff looked after us so well and nothing was too much trouble. We pre ordered our food and it all came out in a timely manner and was delicious.

The space was great and the room hire fee was very fair. Staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Good atmosphere and overall everyone had a good time.
Food and drink were a little expensive but to be expected in the city centre.

Great communication, help and support in booking and requests for the evening from booking dept and venue managers prior to the date. Attentive staff on arrival, explained plan for evening and rearranged slight change to table/seating on request. Several guests gave great compliments to the food.
Unfortunately food that was pre ordered ran out. Special dietary requirement pre ordered as per website was not available on the night. Some meals arrived after others had finished eating.
