Studio 1 is a unique photography & filming studio available for full or half day hire.

This photographic and film studio benefits from lots of natural light and high ceilings. The space has a variety of backdrop options that make up the space such as; white brick walls, wooden panelled walls, faux brickwork in our indoor garden room and a geometric black & white feature wall.

There is also an area for tea and coffee and soft drinks. There are limited parking spaces and fully stocked toilets.

Studio 1 is an impressive blank canvas space, boasting high ceilings, exposed steel framework, brick & stonework, with the addition of a unique indoor garden area & fairy light wall. This creates the perfect setting for an urban wedding, that can be styled to your taste. Long wooden tables and benches and bar structure are included, or alternative furniture can be hired.

We also offer discounted catering if you book with our catering partner, who have both Pieminister & Thali menus.

To make sure the day is flawless, our Venue Coordinator will be with you every step of the way. They will help to plan every last detail as well as being on hand to answer any queries during set-up and on the day.

Dixon Road Studios expects the hirer to leave the studio and kitchenette area how they found it. All equipment must be returned to its rightful place, any kitchenette items washed up and returned to their rightful place, any dressing rooms etc are left clean, tidy and back to how they were when the hire started.

Infinity Cove Care
Dixon Road Studios will brief all hirers on the use of the infinity cove. These instructions will include, but not limited to;
- No shoes (apart from if needed for the shoot) to be worn when standing on the infinity cove
- Do not put any weight on the curve itself as it is not strong
- General scuffs will be ignored however, if any severe damage such as large marks, paint/pen damage, holes or any signs of general mis-use, Dixon Road Studios will charge the repair amount as set out on the damages/repair charges document.

About Dixon Road Studios

Dixon Road Studios is an affordable photography studio that is also available to hrie for corporate meetings, events and weddings in Bristol. It is available for full or half-day hire Monday to Sunday.

We have two spaces available to hire.

Studio 1 is an impressive black canvas that has a capacity of up to 110 guests. It boasts high ceilings, variety of backdrops, indoor garden, bar structure and lighting.

Studio 2 is a our photographic studio which includes; kitchenette, changing area, infinity cove, blackout blinds and backdrops.

All spaces can be hired on a half or full day basis and we can tailor packages for weddings and events.
