Lora's excellent communication skills and customer service. There's also plenty of time made available to set up the venue for the event.

Communication with the venue was friendly, helpful and prompt and they accommodated us visiting the venue prior to the event in order to set-up display boards. They took on board any feedback we had of the room and made the changes requested immediately which took away any apprehension or stress on the day. Guests were really impressed by the setup of the catering room we were provided with, which was amplified by the great service and food provided by staff. All allergies and dietary preferences were catered for. We wanted to give a personal thank you to Lora, Teg, Mel, Sharon, Alayah, Chloe, Maura and Jemima who were our key support staff on the day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable and everything was running smoothly. Thank you so much for all your help - we would recommend the venue to colleagues based off the service we received alone.
