Our bright and flexible ground-floor event space is ideal for talks, workshops, screenings, networking events, team away days, social gatherings, karaoke nights and intimate live performances.
The room accommodates up to 50 seated guests or 70 standing and benefits from plenty of natural daylight thanks to large windows and Velux skylights. The layout can be adapted to suit a range of event formats, from presentations and panel discussions to private parties and live music.
Included in the hire is access to our laser projector, which remains clearly visible even during daylight hours, high-speed WiFi, and a professional sound system that can be connected to laptops and presentation devices. The room also features a house mixer with up to four audio inputs, and a DJ setup can be arranged in the corner of the space when required.
Guests can enjoy food, specialty coffee and drinks from Mickey Zoggs during their event, making the space particularly well suited to creative, community and corporate gatherings.

Host rules
* No smoking or vaping inside the building.
* Hirers are responsible for ensuring their guests behave respectfully towards staff, other guests and the venue.
* Any damage caused to the venue, furniture or equipment during the hire period may result in additional charges.
* Decorations are welcome, but please do not use nails, screws, permanent adhesives, confetti or glitter.
* All under-18s must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
* External food and drink may only be brought into the venue with prior agreement.
* Music and sound levels must be kept within agreed limits and in accordance with venue staff guidance.
* The venue reserves the right to refuse entry or end an event if behaviour is deemed unsafe, illegal or likely to cause damage to the venue.
* All equipment provided by the venue must be operated in accordance with staff instructions.
* Please leave the space in a reasonable condition at the end of your booking.
