About this space
This is a spacious function room that can hold up to around 100 guests. It’s bright and easy to work with, so it suits anything from parties and celebrations to meetings or community events.
There’s a fully equipped bar in the room, which helps keep things social and convenient for guests. You can set the space up however you like—seated, standing, or a mix of both.
You’ll also have access to the club’s sports grounds, which is a nice bonus if you want to include some outdoor activity alongside the event.

When booking with us, we require a deposit which is 20% off the total price. The deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation:
- If it occurs more than 20 days before the event - only the deposit is payable.
- within 15 days of the event - we reserve the right to charge 50% of all costs.
- within 10 days of the event - we reserve the right to charge all costs.

If you are booking for a full-day event then a working lunch will be provided unless stated otherwise. This will be included i your price and will include sandwiches, cakes, fruit, crisps and a soft drink. Alternatively, a hot meal can be provided for full-day bookings at an additional cost of £5 per delegate.
Tea, coffee and biscuits will also be available throughout the day at no extra cost!
If you are booking for a half-day event then lunch will not be included unless requested. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be available upon arrival for no extra cost! To add on a working lunch will be £7 per delegate or a hot lunch will be £10 per delegate.
We do not allow external caterers however please bring a homemade packed lunch if you wish to do so!
