Host rules

1. General Booking & Cancellation
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) is paid and a confirmation email is sent by the venue.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations of groups larger than 8. Cancellations made with less notice may forfeit the deposit or incur a fee of £25 per person.

Running Late: We will hold tables for up to 15 minutes. If you are running late, please call the restaurant. Late arrivals may have their dining time reduced during busy periods.

2. Food & Drink
Dietary Requirements: Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Halal) at the time of booking.

External Catering: We do not allow outside food or drink, with the exception of celebratory cakes (a small "cakeage" fee may apply).

3. Private Hire & Minimum Spend (Exclusive Hire)
Minimum Spend: Exclusive hire of the restaurant is subject to a minimum spend on food and drink. If the spend falls below this amount, the difference will be charged as a room hire fee.

Decoration: You are welcome to decorate the space (balloons, flowers, etc.), but we strictly prohibit the use of glitter, confetti, or wall-damaging adhesives (like blue tack or nails).

Music: For exclusive hire, guests may play their own background music via our sound system. However, we must adhere to local noise ordinances and volume levels remain at the manager's discretion.

4. Conduct & Safety
Age Restrictions: Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. We operate a "Challenge 25" policy for alcohol service.

Respecting Neighbors: As we are located on Whiteladies Road near residential areas, we kindly ask guests to leave the venue quietly at the end of the night.

Damages: The organizer is responsible for any significant damage to the venue or its contents caused by their guests during the event.
