It's a nice little space with some interesting props/set pieces, plants, furnitures etc. for photoshoots and videos. The owners were helpful and accommodating. We had to use 2 separate elevators to get to the location, but it was manageable. The building had wheelchair access which we appreciated. Ample parking spots on the street and across the budding. It was a good experience overall.

Loved the space, the decor & the natural lighting. Hugo is a great host, was efficient, kind and on time with everything; he had a booking that was finishing up right when I was starting at 3pm. He made sure the space was up to par for my booking.
The bathroom was a little dirty.
