It's the second time I've booked this space. It is ideal for recording my vlog, great light, quiet despite the downtown location and lots of options for places to shoot. It's great value for money.
Very good spot if you are looking at doing a video interview or a couple of remote interviews. The sun does peak through at 3pm ET and you'll require some additional coverage, which is provided on site by the owner.
First of all we received a warm welcoming from Hugo. He was really available and helpfull. The space itself was charming and bright eventhough the weather wasn't great outside. The unit was even better that the picture posted on the website, it has everything I needed, except for a desk, that I should have asked, since Hugo is really accomodating and resourceful. I am really satisfied and I definetly recommend renting it.
The access to the unit is a bit tricky since it's in a condo building, but I found the place easy once inside.
I had a wonderful experience booking this space. Exactly what we needed, great size. If you are bringing a lot of equipment, make sure to bring a dolly as it's a bit of a trek through the building. Will be booking again!
