The space was able to accommodate all my dancers. The owner was quite responsive.
The space itself is disappointing. There was no receptionist or staff member to greet my group, to inform us of which studio we were to use. There was also no signage on either studio which made it a bit difficult to be certain of which to use. Thankfully there’s only two so it was too difficult to figure out. The state of the studio including the bathroom facilities, were exceptionally disappointing. From the random leaks that were covered by garbage bags in the ceiling to just the untidiness of the entire space. None of my group even felt comfortable using the bathroom as it was in such a terrible state. Considering the cost to use the space, I was expecting a higher quality. I could tell it was at one point very nice and newly renovated, but it’s clear that there has been no touch ups or deliberate maintenance since. I was disappointed with this studio space overall.
