Canada’s Music Incubator (CMI), based in Toronto, is a national non-profit organization that provides customized professional development programs and mentorship to emerging artists, managers, and music entrepreneurs.

As part of our effort to support the creative community in Toronto, we are offering rentals of our Photo/Video Studio, Recording Studios, Podcast Set, and Office Spaces.
