The location. Cheryl at the site was very helpful and kind.

The person at the venue was not told we were coming. The elevators were locked so we had to ask to have them unlocked. The room needs fans more air conditioning.

Big space, lots of natural light

The room itself was very hot and stuffy during the summer. Did not feel any AC
