Our 1400 sq. ft. open space with a loft feel is conveniently located on the main floor with street access and one parking lot included. With a creative and inspiring atmosphere, the space is perfect for production rentals, workshop and classes, event hosting, and so much more. The space is your oyster!

The space was amazing, Serena set a very high standard with how accommodating she was with me. My first time renting a space and at the time i did not have a means to see the space and Serena went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable with the space along with enjoying my time there. 10/10 service, my dream came to reality all thanks to her and im beyond thankful for the ability to have been able to use their space.
